Delivery charges cover packaging & delivery cost. We do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of your goods in transit by Australia Post or Couriers Please. While we endeavor to process your order as promptly as possible, once it has been dispatched from our warehouse and is with AusPost and Couriers Please, we have no control over delivery times once it is has left our warehouse.
For the status of your parcel (once it has been dispatched from our warehouse) you will receive a tracking number which you can follow via the Couriers Please or AusPost website.
In the unfortunate circumstance where an item may be sold out, we will let you know quickly. If this is the case, we will be in touch within 2 business days so you can consider an alternative item, or your money will be refunded. During busy periods (Sale times + Nov-Dec) where we have sold out, we will automatically refund you the amount you paid for the item(s).
